Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Elm City Living LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") at elmcityliving.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
Description of Services
The Site is an informational brochure website that provides details about apartment rental properties managed by Elm City Living in New Haven, Connecticut. The Site is intended to help prospective tenants learn about our available properties, amenities, and lease options. We offer short-term, medium-term, and long-term furnished and unfurnished apartment rentals.
The Site does not facilitate online transactions, lease signing, or payments. All rental inquiries, applications, and agreements are handled directly through our team via email, phone, or in-person communication.
Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, its servers, or any systems or networks connected to the Site

The Elm City Living name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Elm City Living LLC. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.
Property Listings & Information Accuracy
We strive to ensure that all information on the Site, including property descriptions, photographs, amenities, and pricing, is accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information displayed on the Site.
Property availability, rental rates, lease terms, and amenities are subject to change without notice. Photographs may depict representative units or common areas and may not reflect the exact unit available for rent. All information is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer or contract.
Fair Housing Statement
Elm City Living is committed to compliance with all federal, state, and local fair housing laws. All rental inquiries and applications are processed in accordance with the Fair Housing Act (42 U.S.C. § 3601 et seq.), the Connecticut Fair Housing Act, and the regulations of the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities (CHRO). Communications & Contact
When you contact us by email, phone, or other means, you consent to receive communications from us in response to your inquiry. We may retain records of our communications for quality assurance and to better serve you. We will not add you to any marketing lists without your express consent.
Text Messaging Terms
Elm City Living LLC may send text message updates and responses to customers regarding pricing, availability, and products offered through our services.
When you opt in to our text messaging service, we may send you a message to confirm your signup. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Opting Out
You can cancel the text messaging service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the number from which you received the message. After you send "STOP," we will send you a reply confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive text messages from us. If you wish to rejoin, you may sign up again as you did the first time.

Getting Help
If at any time you need assistance, text "HELP" to the number from which you received the message. We will respond with instructions on how to use the service and how to unsubscribe.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Call Recording & Tracking

Waiver
The failure of Elm City Living LLC to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by Elm City Living LLC.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Elm City Living LLC regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
