What is the minimum stay?
Two weeks. We do not offer nightly or weekend stays — our apartments are set up for people who need a real home for weeks to months at a time.
Do you offer month-to-month leases?
Our leases run for a defined term with a clear start and end date — anywhere from two weeks to 12+ months — rather than rolling month-to-month. Pick the length that matches your plans, and if you need to stay longer, renewing for a new term is straightforward when the apartment is available.
What is included in the rent?
Everything: quality furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels, all utilities, high-speed internet, in-unit laundry, and off-street parking. One predictable payment, no accounts to open, no surprise bills.
How fast can I move in?
Furnished units can often accommodate quick move-ins. Share your dates when you reach out and we will confirm what is available for your timeline.
Is there a deposit, and how does payment work?
A security deposit holds the apartment for your dates. Stays of two months or less are paid in full by the start of the stay; longer stays are billed in prorated monthly installments, with the first payment due by the first day of your stay.
Are the apartments fully equipped for daily life?
Yes. These are real homes, not staged units: cookware and dishes, linens and towels, a workspace, and a full-size washer and dryer in the apartment. Arrive with your bags and start living.
Can I extend my stay?
Often, yes. Because every lease has a defined end date, an extension means arranging a new term — tell us as early as you can and we will confirm the apartment’s availability.
Where are the apartments located?
Across New Haven, with easy access to downtown, Yale University, Yale New Haven Hospital, and the I-95 and I-91 corridors. We share specific locations and available units with your proposal.
Do you have unfurnished options?
Yes. Short stays are typically furnished, but if you are staying longer and bringing your own things, our unfurnished apartments have the same premium finishes and amenities.
How is this different from an extended-stay hotel or Airbnb?
