We invoice your company directly
A security deposit holds the apartment. Stays of two months or less are invoiced in full by the start of the stay; longer stays are billed in prorated monthly installments, with the first payment due by day one.

I needed to be in New Haven for work and this was close enough to the city to be near all the attractions while at the same time a quiet place of refuge.
I was in town for work and extended my trip. The home was super comfortable and better than expected! The primary bath was heavenly and exactly what I needed.
Stayed here for a week while on a work trip and it was perfect and better than pictured. Clean, well stocked, great towels, and comfortable bed! Will definitely stay again.
